Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Cashmere, Washington.

Standard Processing: Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Order Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been picked up by the carrier.
Shipping within the United States
We ship to all 50 states. Because we ship directly from Washington state, there are no customs fees, duties, or border delays for our US customers.
Calculated Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination address. We offer real-time rates from the following carriers to give you the best possible options:

To see the exact shipping cost for your order, simply add your items to the cart and proceed to the checkout page.
Delivery Estimates Estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout based on the carrier and service level you select. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers and do not include the processing time mentioned above.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
International Shipping (Outside the USA)
At this time, our automated checkout is set up for orders shipping within the United States.
If you are looking to ship to Canada, please visit our Canadian store at rm-essentials.ca.
